Reed Diffuser Care Instructions

  • Flip the reed sticks every 3–6 days to freshen the fragrance, taking care not to spill the oil.
  • Place in a high-traffic area to encourage air circulation and lift the fragrance.
  • Do not burn the reed sticks.
  • If spilt, clean the area immediately as the liquid can damage surfaces.
  • Keep out of reach of pets and children.
  • To use, remove the plastic cap stopper and insert the reed sticks.
Materials + Care

Materials: Premium fragrance oil and diffuser base, housed in a glass vessel with natural fibre reeds for a continuous, flame-free fragrance experience.

Care: Remove the stopper and place the reeds into the diffuser bottle, allowing them to absorb and naturally release the fragrance into your space. Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks to refresh the scent, or more often for a stronger fragrance. Place your diffuser on a stable, protected surface away from direct sunlight, heat, children and pets. Avoid contact with furniture, polished surfaces and other delicate materials, as the diffuser oil may cause staining or damage. Use a coaster or protective surface underneath the diffuser and wipe up any spills immediately.

Shipping: All LoveTay Candles orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped from Brisbane, Queensland. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Returns: Due to the handmade and fragranced nature of our products, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind exchanges. Please choose your fragrance and product carefully before placing your order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help make it right.
